Terms of Service
Effective date: January 1, 2026
1. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to operate a commercial motor vehicle in your jurisdiction. Provide accurate information and keep your account secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
2. Payments & Refunds
Tuition is due per course. Unless stated, payments are non-refundable after a cohort begins. If you cancel at least 7 days before start, we refund tuition minus a processing fee. Government exam fees are separate.
3. Acceptable Conduct
Maintain a safe, respectful environment. No harassment, substance use before/during training, or unsafe operation of vehicles. We may remove learners who jeopardize safety without refund.
4. Scheduling & Changes
We may adjust schedules due to weather, equipment maintenance, or instructor availability. We will communicate changes promptly and offer make-up sessions.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials are the property of WarmVox HaulWorks or our licensors. Do not copy, distribute, or resell content without permission.
6. Disclaimers & Liability
Training prepares you for exams and employment; we do not guarantee outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the services and request any available refunds under our policy.
